- LIOSA Expenses JCC Rental - $2000 (both nights) revised $3160
- Dance Floor Rental – $2125

- UTSA information will be finalized this week
- More Housing needs to be requested on the email server
- Balboa Contest – Saturday night… 1st Prize will be Lindyfest registrations, Runner-Up – LIOSA registration next year
- Late Night – Researched by Ben (Cynergy Dance)… we can’t afford much
- Current registrations @ about $1600… we’ll need at least 100 more registrations to break even.
- T-Shirts – Andrea… in process

Mini-Privates Policy
- Month Long Registrations for Lindy I, Lindy Variations, and Freestyle Swing will be offered a 20-minute free private lesson
- Instructors will sign up for available shifts on Sunday nights for students to sign up for
- This will be the only “official” method to redeem the 20-minute free private
- Sunday Nights @ Blue Bubble Ballroom starting at 7pm.
Proliferation of Fliers
- Andrea/Amelia will create a new flier (simple) and somehow always have it available at Sam’s
- Raleigh will update new flier (complex) and offer online and to Jennie
- Jennie will give out at colleges
Grants
- The Society needs to raise 1/3 of all revenue from donations or grants in order to continue to quality as a public non-profit
- Jennie/Amelia to research the Grant
- Fundraiser Ball was a success, will return in the fall… September time range
- Raleigh will send out general email requesting input for this coming Fundraiser Ball
- Possible band – Mission City Hot Rhythm Cats
Budget
- New Annual budget will be posted soon
- It’s been a good year – estimated profit of around $3k
- Laptop discussion… can we afford it? Is it necessary? Tabled for future discussion
